Technique rules.

These are the rules in making techniques:
- Use the template provided for you.
- You start with three techniques for your Shikai and three techniques for your Bankai.
- You are capable of using your techniques for Shikai while in Bankai. You are not capable of using your techniques for Bankai while in Shikai.
Single element users.
- After acquiring an amount of 75 points, you get to register two more techniques. One for Shikai and one for Bankai. No, you can not register two for Shikai or two for Bankai, period.
- There is a certain amount of techniques you reach before you are prohibited from registering anymore. You get to have nine techniques for Shikai and nine for Bankai.
Dual element users.
- After acquiring an amount of 150 points, you get to register one technique. It can be for either Shikai or Bankai.
- There is a certain amount of techniques you reach before you are prohibited from registering anymore. You get to have six techniques for Shikai and six for Bankai.
